What is the anti-collision system and how does it work?

The anti-collision feature is designed to allow the user to use the desk safely. All Vernal desks have a highly sensitive anti-collision feature.

This means that if the desk top encounters an obstacle while being lifted, it immediately moves in the opposite direction for a certain distance and then stops. This prevents damage caused by collisions between the desk and other objects, ensuring the safety of the user and his belongings.

Why is my desk shaking?

Vernal is specialized in developing high quality and stable desks. We have a professional research and development team, so we have full confidence in the quality of our products. If you have a wobbly desk, you can try several things.

You can check if the floor is level. An uneven floor will affect the stability of the desk. Therefore, we recommend that you place the desk on a level surface or twist the black spacers under the desk feet until the desk is balanced.

You can also check if the desk is on a carpet. Carpeting varies in thickness and can deform. Vernal recommends replacing the carpet with a relatively flat and thin carpet or placing the desk on a surface without carpet.

However, because the wheels can roll in any direction, the wheels roll easily when the user is working. Vernal recommends leaving the wheels on the fixed button to keep the desk stable during normal use.

How to use the memory function?

Press and hold the ∧ or ∨ key until the desk reaches the desired height. Then release the key.

Press the M key, the altitude number displayed on the remote control will start flashing. Then press the 1, 2, 3 or 4 key within the next 3 seconds.

If necessary, press the 1, 2, 3 or 4 key, the desk height will return to the corresponding stored position.

How to build the desk?

Assembly instructions are included in the package. Please follow the instructions to assemble the product correctly. Alternatively, there is an assembly video on the website that you can download to watch the assembly steps.

Shipping

To which countries or regions can Vernal's items be shipped? What does shipping cost?

Delivery of products ordered on the Vernal website to the United States is free of shipping costs.

Shipping to Puerto Rico, or any country other than the U.S., please contact us at service-us@vernalspace.com. Delivery time may be up to 30 days or more.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes、Alaska or Hawaii is NOT available.

Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses is not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays). An email with the shipment number will be sent after delivery (tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours).

May I request an earlier or later delivery?

Please contact our customer service by sending an email (service-us@vernalspace.com) with the order number. Unfortunately, the early delivery is not possible at the moment.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

How long is the delivery time?

We offer FREE shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to the Contiguous United States for most products. Most of our in-stock orders ship in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 5-8 days. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. And for back-ordered items, shipping timeframes are updated in real-time, please check the selections carefully when you place an order.

Will my order be delivered in separate packages?

Due to the size and weight of the product, orders are split into separate packages for shipping. Please be sure to count and check the package when it arrives.

If you purchased both a desktop and a frame, your order will be shipped in two separate packages.

If you purchased any of the other items separately, they will usually be shipped in one package.

Return policy

What is 30 days return policy?

You may return items purchased from Vernalspace.com within 30 days of receipt, provided the merchandise is complete and in unused and undamaged condition.

In what cases can I not return an item?

1. Customized products / collective orders / custom-made products / samples.

2. Products that have been artificially assembled or damaged, affecting secondary sales,will not be supported for return.

What to do if the handset or rack does not respond?

If the rack or handset of a desk does not respond or is faulty, this can usually be remedied by initializing the settings.

If the initial settings still do not resolve your issue, please contact Vernal Customer Service via email/phone/live chat and include a picture or video of the errors.

Hold the ∧&∨ button together. The desk legs will begin to return to the lowest position. When the desk legs return to the lowest position, release the ∧&∨ key. The initialization is completed.

* Attention:

Before using the desk for the first time, the keyboard initialization must be performed.

After the parts of desk legs have been replaced, the keyboard must be initialized.

Initialization should be repeated once after an interruption.

What should I do if the handset goes wrong?

Please follow the instructions to find the solution for the various garbled codes. The problem can usually be solved by following the appropriate instructions. If your problem is still not solved, please contact Vernal customer service by email/phone/live chat and attach a picture or video of the problem.

E01: Desk leg malfunction. First check the cables between the desk legs and the controller box. If all cables are connected, contact our customer service department.

E02: Frequent operation. Wait 20 minutes for the keypad to return to normal.

E03: Overload. The objects placed on the desk are too heavy.

E04: Control box malfunction. First perform the initialization procedure. If initialization does not solve the problem, contact our customer service.

E06: Communication interruption. The connection between the keyboard and the control box is interrupted. Check the cable between them.

E12: Gyroscope malfunction. The desk is tilted. Place the desk flat or place the control box flat. Then reconnect the power supply.
